Strategies to help children with Autism during lockdown in the times of COVID-19
In our previous post on Autism awareness in the times of COVID-19, we talked about an imaginary 7 years old boy Amit who had Autism with limited speech (single words).
We discussed how Amit was struggling to cope with the sudden lockdown that has been imposed following the COVID-19 epidemic.
Let's now focus on strategies that parents can use to help Amit or any similar boy with Autism in the current situation.

The "Journal of Indian Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (JIACAM)” home page(https://journals.sagepub.com/home/iam) is now live for all w.e.f. 1st August 2022.
The submission guidelines for the authors are on the journal website (https://journals.sagepub.com/author-instructions/iam) and the authors can submit manuscripts via the peer-review system (https://peerreview.sagepub.com/iam).
The Editorial Team (on behalf of the Executive Council of IACAMH) of the JIACAM will welcome feedback on the new system and platform. All feedback may be addressed to the Editor, JIACAM at nitingupta659@yahoo.co.in.

Strategies to help children with Autism during lockdown in the times of COVID-19
In our previous post on Autism awareness in the times of COVID-19, we talked about an imaginary 7 years old boy Amit who had Autism with limited speech (single words).
We discussed how Amit was struggling to cope with the sudden lockdown that has been imposed following the COVID-19 epidemic.
Let's now focus on strategies that parents can use to help Amit or any similar boy with Autism in the current situation.
